We are currently looking for:
3 Sales Secretaries (Remote, Part-Time) – Long-Term Collaboration
We are seeking 3 organized and motivated Italian speaking secretaries for a 100% remote position. We want determined, reliable individuals who are interested in building a long-term relationship with our company, supporting our sales team in daily operations.
FLUENT ITALIAN IS MANDATORY
What We Offer
- Monthly salary: 650 USD
- Working hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (with the possibility of occasional Saturday work if necessary)
- Time slots to choose from (CET-CEST):
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Daily meeting (morning or afternoon) with the salesperson
- Bonus: additional performance-based incentives

Main Responsibilities
- Search for and acquire new clients to support the sales team
- Contact the salesperson’s existing clients (via calls or messages) to schedule appointments
- Manage all of the salesperson’s workflows: follow-ups, renewals, appointments, deadlines, rescheduling, chats, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain a client record, ensuring accurate tracking of each contact
- Send commercial proposals and monitor negotiations with potential clients
- Collect feedback from clients to improve the services offered
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with the salesperson via phone and email, in order to coordinate activities and goals

Requirements
- Fluent Italian
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of Google Calendar and CRM
- Reliable internet connection and experience working remotely
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays if necessary
- Strong motivation to establish a long-term collaboration
