TradingView Pine Script Strategy Development

I need a complete, customizable strategy built using a pine script for TradingView. Step 1: Identify the High and Low of every Closed Candle. Ignore trading the candles that don't break the high nor the low of the previous closed candle. Step 2: Place buy and sell stop orders at the high and low of each qualified closed candle. Step 3: Once price triggers an order, then an adjustable trailing stop loss will need to trail the trade until price takes out the order from the stop loss. Setup the inputs to read ticks. Once the input has been reached, then the adjustable trailing stop loss will need to be moved to 2 ticks above or below breakeven depending on the direction of the trade and follow price at the same rate of 2 ticks the more price goes into profit. Step 4: An adjustable hard stop loss in dollar amount will need to take place to be able to get out of a trade with minimal loss. Step 5: One trade per candle unless it is in the opposite direction. For example, the current candle hits the buy-stop order for the previous closed candle. It goes into profit enough for the trailing SL to move to breakeven, but the market reverses hard and takes the trade out. In the same candle, price hits the sell-stop order.
