Hi, I'll need to know how exactly this will be made, on a CNC router or by machining solid wood. In both cases, you will need different file types. I can make you any of this in the shortest time. I have experience in manufacturing and design, have worked on shop floor. I'll use Fusion 360 and file will be scalable so no problem there. Moreover, there are many other small things that I'll take care of so your CNC machine can accept that file. Making this shape directly using normal methods won't work with CNC.
