Arduino GSM Shield

I've been working on a project with arduino UNO and GSM Shield. I'm uploading to Internet data every 15 minutes from a maxbotix sensor. Gsm Shield hangs and loops infinite with the serial monitor showing [login to view URL]() waiting for reply. I have read very carefully all the related forums and rewrote the library file [login to view URL] as per [login to view URL] Unfortunatelly this doesn't solve the problem. With gsm debug set to true it stucks on the the infamous AT%13% (post [login to view URL]) This is driving me mad as it ruins the whole project. As I don't answers from the forum. I am seeking for professional help to solve the problem. I will accept the help and paid of someone that has the solution.
