Embedded Developer for IoT Project

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Developer to join our team for an exciting IoT project. This consultancy role will involve the development of embedded software for a Modbus/RS485 product, with an expected duration of 3 months, if project successful long term work opportunity is possible. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in embedded development, a deep understanding of MCU and serial ports, and excellent communication skills in English. Prior experience with the Modbus RTU protocol will be a valuable asset. Responsibilities: Develop embedded software for a Modbus/RS485 product, in accordance with provided specifications Utilize the Nordic Semi MCU with Zephyr RTOS and the SDK provided by Nordic for software development Test and debug the developed software to ensure optimal functionality and performance Collaborate effectively with the project team, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues that may arise Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless collaboration with team members Documentation of solution Requirements: Proficient in the C programming language Strong experience in embedded software development Familiarity with Nordic Semi MCU and Zephyr RTOS Knowledge of serial communication protocols, including RS485 and Modbus RTU Experience with MCU and serial ports, I2C, and USB devices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Modbus RTU protocol is highly valuable Familiarity with IoT projects and related technologies If you are passionate about embedded development and have the skills and experience required, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
