Candidate Requirements: Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis or a similar role. - Demonstrated ability to work with digital tools and platforms (e.g., management software, analytics tools, CRM systems). Skills: - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis. - Experience with digital platforms for data analysis, investment, or management. - Proficient in using Google Sheet, investment software, and other digital tools. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of real estate market trends and investment strategies. - Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Attributes: - Digitally agile and tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
