I am looking for a developer who is fluent in America English for a sensitive data project. The selected developer must me fully Verified with blue icon and Preferred. We are building working on a block chain project in Python that will establish verifiable data integrity. IP and NDA will be REQUIRED. Must have passed Python Skills test. Must have completed a project with SQL and Python. Must be experienced with SQL/MySQL and RESTful API endpoints. Must be experienced with Linux and a working knowledge of WordPress Framework from the Codex. SEALED PROJECT AND SCENARIO. I have Sealed this project so Freelancers can not see each others bids. Scenario. You are hired to assist in building an LMS (Learning Management System). A user watches a video then they do a test based on that video. Once all of the videos within this section are finished, we will issue the user a "Certificate". We want to ensure that the certificates can not be tampered with or altered after they are issued. We will have a Python script that runs every day to verify that no certificate has been tampered with or removed or added that shouldn't have been.
