We are seeking someone with experience to perform a quick site analysis (climate/environment analysis) and produce some simple renderings. If this is a project that you would like to create an offering for, please reach out with any questions. We are preparing for a landscape design project that will include a small 425 sq ft multi-use building and adjoining covered spaces. The area of the project is relatively small (total area of development site is approximately 1200 sq ft). Our ideal candidate will have previous experience on similar projects performing climate analysis and competent in communicating the results. The scope of this project is not exhaustive and this should be a simple task to perform. Use provided drawings and your own expertise & research. Ask me questions to fill gaps in information or to quickly find missing data. Google Maps of location, for reference: [login to view URL] We need you to organize the climate information for this site and produce 1 - 4 images to communicate that information (File Format; .pdf, .png, dwg, etc.). Some of the layouts we are looking for are: location, context, solar/sun path, wind direction, natural elements, nearby facilities, surroundings, etc. Please provide an offer for consideration with an example from your portfolio that will reflect the quality of the final deliverable that you will provide for the offer you have created. Please include estimated time to completion. Include detailed building layout in the renderings.
