Upload is fine on bare metal Apache +PHP 7.4 Extra: the docker image isn't saving apache error logs at /var/logs/apache/ so I cannot see the cause of the 500 error (if any). The file is several KB's, there's no upload size issue. See file for chrome request log for failed upload. Correctly detects non-allowed files.
