- Uploading the completed designs to a new Dropbox folder for social media use.

Ideal candidates should possess:
- Design expertise, particularly in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A meticulous eye for detail, minimizing the need for revisions.
- A knack for creating standout designs in line with modern real estate marketing trends.
- Consistent, timely delivery.

Your designs will primarily feature property photos, agent contact information, and property descriptions, all adhering to our brand colors. If you are a perfectionist who can help produce top-notch materials with minimal back-and-forth, I look forward to hearing from you.

The expected delivery timeline for each flyer is 1-2 days.
