I need a high-quality, 4K resolution image for a TV directory. This will be displayed in the lobby of our Office Center building. The directory will show all offices in the building and across the floors.

Key Requirements:
- The image must be designed for a 3840x2160 resolution TV.
- Use of Arial font and contrast to ensure visibility from a distance.
- A light beige and brown toned background featuring a nice old city retro image or photo.
- The office directory should be in English.

Design Suggestions:
- Please provide suggestions for an appropriate old city retro image or photo for the background.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Graphic design with experience in creating high-resolution images.
- Familiarity with typography and designing for visibility.
- Ability to source or suggest appropriate imagery.

UPDATE! The directory table must be on a full screen, with the maximum possible size, to be readable from the maximum distance from the TV.
The TV size is 43 inches screen.
