I am a Martial arts teacher, I have a YouTube account with 1470 subscribers, i also have an android application with free martial arts lessons. It has more than 10000 users. I collect 5000 emails from the users so far. Now I create my first martial arts online course which is through CourseCraft. I need some help on how to market the course online and to my subscribers. Some questions that I have are:

1) How to send 5000 emails?

2) What would the promoting email would be?

3) What would be the design of the promoting email?

4) How much a course need to be?

5) Send it with a discount promo code?

6) How to set an auto responded email? Do I need one?

7) How to advertise it from Google ads or Facebook and YouTube ads?
