Job Title: Figma Designer Needed for Task Tracking and Performance Management Tool
Description:
We are looking to hire a talented UI/UX designer to create a sleek and user-friendly Figma design for a Task Tracking and Performance Management Tool. The goal of this tool is to help teams manage tasks, track progress, and evaluate performance in a visually intuitive way. We want to create a seamless, modern interface that enhances productivity and provides valuable insights to users.
Responsibilities:
Design a clean and intuitive dashboard that gives an overview of tasks, performance metrics, and goals.
Create user-friendly task management interfaces with the ability to assign, prioritize, and track the status of tasks.
Design performance tracking modules, including progress bars, KPI tracking, and detailed analytics.
Ensure the design is responsive and can adapt to both web and mobile platforms.
Work with our team to iterate on designs based on feedback.
Provide a design system (colors, typography, spacing, etc.) that can be easily used for future development.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly with task management tools or productivity apps.
Strong proficiency in Figma, with a solid portfolio showcasing similar projects.
Understanding of best practices for user-centric design and responsive design principles.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality designs in a timely manner.
Strong communication skills for regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
Deliverables:
Fully interactive Figma prototype.
Design files with components, styles, and assets organized and ready for development.
A design system document for future reference.
