The task is to set up the [login to view URL] CRM system, which will allow:
1. clients of the site to create a personal account in which to create and edit their application:
- fill out a questionnaire
- upload video
- upload a photo
Also in the personal cabinet should be functionality for communication between the client and the administrator (internal messages).
2. administrators (different access levels) should be able to:
- view incoming requests
- change the status of a request by passing it to the next level administrator
- send messages to the client
- request additional data from the client (additional fields appear in the client's profile in the personal cabinet)
- edit the request
- add comments, statuses, additional information to the request
3. the system should be able to send messages to the client and/or administrator when the status of the request changes and/or at the administrator's choice via email/ SMS/WA/ internal messages.
It will also be necessary to build a site with which CRM will work, using [login to view URL] or analogue.
Another important thing is that the site must be multi-lingual. All the tools used should be from international services (not your own development, but customisation of existing services, starting from CMS site, CRM-system, video uploading, email newsletters, etc.).
You should have experience in setting up similar systems.
