As a Life Insurance Case Manager, your key responsibility will be researching suitable carriers and programs to meet our clients' needs. Your tasks will include: - Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for our clients. Providing regular updates on their application status and addressing any queries or concerns they may have. - Application Process Management: Overseeing all aspects of the life insurance application process. This includes liaising between clients, agents, underwriters, and carriers to resolve any issues that may arise and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of application forms and documents. - Policy Management: Overseeing and managing the policies of our clients to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant to their needs. You will need to: - Analyze client profiles to determine suitable life insurance options. - Recommend the best-fit options based on your analysis. - Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriting teams. The ideal candidate will have: - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. - Experience in liaising with underwriters and insurance carriers. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in life insurance case management or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in working with various life insurance carriers and products which will be mainly IULs, but may also include term life, and other permanent policies. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong research and analytical skills to match clients with suitable insurance options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and carriers. Proficient in insurance management software and tools. Education & Certification: College degree preferred. Life insurance licensing is a plus, not required
