We are seeking a resilient and results-driven Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to join our team for a short-term contract role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, particularly within the HR and Recruitment industries. As our sole telemarketer, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment and HR services across three essential functions: labour hire and temp recruitment, permanent recruitment, and HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients and candidates to set appointments, engaging them with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Objection Handling: Use your communication skills to handle objections positively, turning challenges into opportunities to build strong relationships.
Resilience & Persistence: Be prepared to face rejection and bounce back quickly, maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in achieving your goals.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments for our team across various recruitment functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Administrative Support: Log and track all appointment information accurately, ensuring seamless communication within the team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or appointment setting, especially within the HR or Recruitment industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to confidently engage with potential clients and candidates, discussing labour hire, temp recruitment, permanent recruitment, and HR services.
Resilience & Confidence: You’ll be handling cold calls and objections, so a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to manage rejection are key.
Self-motivated & Independent: As the only telemarketer in the team, you’ll work independently, taking ownership of your goals and managing your workflow with minimal supervision.
Office Availability: You must be able to attend the Acacia Ridge office for training and may be required to work hybrid, splitting time between the office and remote work.
Location: Must be able to commute to Acacia Ridge, QLD for in-office training and potentially some office-based days.
