SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF JOB/ROLE: This job role involves scheduling and interviewing a list of 20+ candidates we have selected and would like to invite for a 1st initial interview over zoom. Each interview should be brief, and not take more then a maximum of 5 minutes per candidate. A script and list of questions to be asked will be provided to you prior to start, along with company info and position details. RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY: You will be responsible to contact the candidates via phone/email, invite them to participate in a zoom interview and schedule the date/time accordingly. The goal of this project is to identify candidates with the right skills and traits for the role through a structured and efficient screening process. TASKS REQUIRED: - E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATION - MAKING CALLS TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS FOR INTERVIEWS - CALENDAR & APPOINTMENT MANANAGEMENT - SET UP OF ZOOM MEETINGS AND SENDING INVITE/LINKS FOR EASY ACCESS IDEAL ATTRIBUTES: - Excellent English and communication skills - Confident, Friendly and outgoing personality - Comfortable with speaking on camera - Polished Professional Appearance - Experience in conducting interviews or screening candidates - Understanding of administrative/personal assistant responsibilities MUST HAVE: *Home or studio office desk setup with necessary equipment and tools to conduct the zoom interview in a distraction free area/environment. *Highly professional and polished presentation *Formal business attire required: (i.e: white dress shirt with dark colored suit jacket/blazer etc.) ****NOTE***** TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION PLEASE RECORD A BRIEF 3-4 MIN VIDEO VIA LOOM, INTRODUCING YOURSELF AND YOUR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.
