Prestashop Site Enhancement & AI Integration

We are a Portugal-based company specializing in services for elderly care facilities. We want to improve our Prestashop site (hosted on O2switch, using the Warehouse theme) by adding a turnkey service option alongside our existing rental model and integrating advanced AI capabilities via the OpenAI Integration PRO module. Our site is in Portuguese and operates without online payments; clients submit their requests via a quote request through the cart. Scope of Work: 1. Site Structure and Layout: ◦ Homepage: Improve the design to better feature our services. ◦ Product Slider: Add a product slider to the footer of each page. ◦ Product Page Reorganization: Organize product pages to offer both a rental-only and turnkey service option. ◦ Visual Enhancements: Make product pages more attractive and informative. 2. Reconfigure Existing Tools: ◦ Savings Simulator: Update to include new service options. ◦ Quantity Calculator: Adjust to reflect service variations. ◦ Configurable Cart Options: Enable service selection for each product, finalizing with a quote request. 3. AI Module Integration (OpenAI Integration PRO): ◦ Client Greeting and Guidance: Engage visitors upon arrival by asking questions to better understand their needs. ◦ Personalized Recommendations: Guide clients to specific categories or recommend products based on their responses. ◦ Real-Time Calculations: Provide live calculations for specific requests, such as estimating savings related to our products, showing the long-term economic impact of reusable products. ◦ Customer Support and FAQ: Offer first-level support by responding to frequently asked questions. 4. Backend Adjustments and Automations: ◦ Data Capture Table: Modify to capture additional details based on selected service options. ◦ Quote Notifications: Automate email notifications for each quote request, including request details and the client’s IP address. 5. Optimization and SEO: ◦ Speed Optimization: Ensure fast, smooth loading times. ◦ SEO Enhancements: Improve visibility for relevant local and sector-specific searches. 6. Additional Features: ◦ Newsletter Integration: Add a newsletter feature after the redesign to update clients with new offers. ◦ Content Structure Preparation: Prepare the site structure for future integration of content we’ll provide. Deadline: Delivery required by the end of November.
