Job Summary:
The PrestaShop Shop Manager/Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of the PrestaShop e-commerce platform. Responsibilities:

Product Management:

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

Address any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on the PrestaShop website.

Website Maintenance and Optimization:

Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO to enhance search engine visibility and increase organic traffic.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze data trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to management.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay informed and adapt strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in e-commerce management and administration, preferably with PrestaShop.
