Recover home text editor in prestashop

By some reason I don't know, The home text editor of my prestashop did not installed when did the uploading of last version, some month ago. I need to recover it. Also, I need to know how can I modify the home page paragraphs (Home-New products-My Account-Register-Best sellings-Contact) from homepage into a swedish lenguage (it will be active only for the swedish page) Also, clean some code (as a red cross that appear in homepage and in product descriptions). Last option available: reinstall website to new version if neccesary Please, only bid if you have experience with prestashop. Thanks
