I have a cakephp3 project and mysql DB. I have set up a function in a controller that lists rows of data 'Tutor's. What I want to happen is to click on a row for a Tutor and then the details from the Tutor Table are inserted into a word document or a pdf . The word document or pdf has places marked to enter fields with square brackets to insert things like name,abn,address etc which is data pulled in from a table.

i already have the project,DB, word doc and specific function is set up. These files are available for download. I am going to say about $70 aud.

My current solution has the word doc created from scratch which is a problem because if the contract changes you need to change all this html code stored in the db table
