Cakephp3.2 with OAuth1 for Xero needa OAuth2

Our CRM (cakephp3.2)website has a xero connection where we push invoices created on this CRM to Xero. This works fine but it uses the old OAuth 1 for security . It needs to be converted to use OAuth2 as Xero stops supporting OAuth1.
I have a test CRM that can be converted first then a live server once this is working.
You will need to update OAuth1 to OAuth2
make sure a new xero account can work in OAuth2
Convert live server to OAuth2.
My CRM and Xero login will be provided as well as access to source code for OAuth1
Please only people with experience OAuth in this will be considered as its too complicated otherwise
