I am in need of a freelancer who can help me build a chatbot on Azure AI and Power Virtual Agent. The main goal of the chatbot is to have integration with open ai and will be continuously fed with data on a daily basis. My requirements include creating a database on Azure that will be fed into the chatbot. The data in the database will consist of various types of documents such as PDFs, Word docs, text files, payment receipt PDFs, prescriptions PDFs, reports pdfs and other PDFs.
