Page with Javascript cannot scroll 'by touch' in mobile devices

Hello Javascript experts, In my website, I have a page with javascript which is used to collect coordinates from image. The code works fine in desktop browser. In mobile browser too it works, but scrolling up and down 'by touch' is not working (click and drag up/down). You can even see this behaviour in chrome browser's iphone simulation mode. You can see this for yourself if you follow these steps. 1) Use iPhone/andriod (or chrome browser's iphone simulation mode) and go to: [login to view URL] 2) Try to click and drag up/down. It will not work, but rest all the functionalities work perfectly fine. (Please don't use mouse scroll wheel) Kindly bid if you can fix this issues or offer a solution. The backend is coded in c#. The project is developed in VS2013. I will provide the solution files in VS2013 to you once this project is awarded for you. In summary, our goal is to make this app capable of working in all popular in desktop browsers and mobile browsers.
