I'm seeking a talented illustrator for a leadership-themed book steeped in fantasy and steampunk elements. The illustrations should be a touch realistic, yet whimsical and gritty.
When replying, make sure that you showcase your work. You should showcase that your close to what I need in this work projecting what you think would be your poetic license of the scope. In the comments of this project will be a link to a live website that has DnD character sheets for inspiration of our main characters.

You will create the following (with an expectation of your artistic interpretation and imagination)
* You will have 1-2 weeks to complete.
* A Logo (hand drawn idea/image to be provided) that is circular of centric circles with a centre circle divided into 8 pie pieces. These 8 pie pieces represent the 8 core chapters and each require a simple emblem in each
* Contains the acronym of the book and the book title around the pie pieces.
* Design the logo with fantasy meets steampunk in a high resolution
* Create a line art version for B/W printing
* Create a simplified version of the 8 pie pieces individually as line art in a resolution that fits 1/4 page.
* 3 x Line art illustrations (high res) of each of the four characters. 1 a nice portrait of the character and two action poses
* 3 x Coloured illustrations identical to the line art, yet coloured.
* All art to be provided as finished image files, and originating course files as well (in case minor edits are needed)
* You will need to manage your own time with these deadlines in mind. You are required to ask ask ask, if anything does not feel clear, you must ask.
* You will need to be able to have some autonomy in your approach to this task.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong portfolio of fantasy and steampunk illustrations.
- Ability to create a mix of realistic, whimsical, and gritty illustrations.
- Experience with spot illustrations.
- Good understanding of how to depict leadership concepts visually.
