I need a ghostwriter and editor to help me turn a collection of short stories into a cohesive, casual, and conversational novel. The book is roughly 140 pages and I want to retain key elements like character development, plot twists, and the setting and atmosphere of the original stories.

Key Tasks:

- Reorganize and edit current content into chapters

- Enhance existing content to improve flow and engagement

- Maintain the original casual and conversational tone throughout

- Integrate individual storylines seamlessly to form a cohesive narrative.

Ideal Candidate:

- Native Australian English speaker

- Experienced ghostwriter with a knack for casual storytelling

- Proven track record of enhancing narrative content

- Skilled editor capable of making a series of stories into a single, flowing narrative

- Understanding of and ability to preserve character development and plot twists

- Able to recreate the setting and atmosphere of the original stories

The novel should primarily belong to the Mystery genre. The transformed novel should emphasize themes of personal growth. There are already 29k words written. The final novel should be approximately 30,000 to 40,000 words. The project should be completed within 15 days.
