I'm looking for a financial analyst or consultant with strong skills in investment appraisal to help assess the viability of a factory investment project. The factory is expected to cost 1 million PLN, with 30% sourced from equity and the rest financed through a loan. The project involves two years of construction, with capital expenditure of 45% in the first year and 55% in the second. The expected cash flows during operation are 30,000 PLN in the first year and 40,000 PLN in the second, followed by a sale of the factory for 1.2 million PLN at the end of the second year.
Your deliverable will be a detailed IRR calculation in an Excel spreadsheet, as well as a report justifying the investment based on your analysis. You will need to consider the appropriate discount rate, with WACC at 12% and CAPM at 14%.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong background in finance and investment analysis
- Proficiency in Excel for complex calculations
- Ability to present findings in a clear, concise manner.
