B2B Lead Generation Specialist in the Fashion Industry (Italy)

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to help identify and generate B2B leads in the Apparel & Fashion industry using lead generation tools, web search, and web scraping software. The ideal candidates will be specialists based in Italy, France, Turkey, or Germany.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and collect data on potential B2B leads in the fashion manufacturers industry.

- Use online tools, databases, and social media platforms to research and compile detailed lead information.

- Ensure that leads align with target criteria, such as industry focus, company size, geographical location, and decision-maker profiles.

- Maintain and organize lead data in a spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Provide insights on lead trends, including growth opportunities or potential challenges.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation, data scraping, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and web scraping software.

- Strong research and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- Familiarity with the fashion industry, including manufacturing and textiles, is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of major players in the fashion market in your country is a plus.

The task:

You will be responsible for finding 250 leads that meet the following criteria:

Geography: Italy.

Company Size: 20 - 50, 50 - 100, or 100 - 500 employees.

In the database, specify the approximate number of manufacturing employees if possible.

Industry Focus - Fashion, including subcategories such as:

- High fashion brand

- Wedding apparel (both female and male).

- Luxury goods.

- Shoes and bags.

If you can determine whether the manufacturer has manual operations in their production process, it will be considered a perfect match.

Key Contact Titles:

- Director of Production.

- Director of Production Improvements/Optimization/Automation.

Additional Criteria (at least 1 of these must be met):

- The company is actively hiring new employees for production roles.

- The company has been mentioned in the media for expanding its production capacity.

- The company’s brand has grown significantly in the last 3 years, as evidenced by:

- Increased social media followers.

- Media appearances.

- Growth in LinkedIn-listed employees.
