I need help converting a PDF to Word and cleaning the data. The project requires high accuracy and an eye for detail, particularly with formatting errors and inconsistent data.

Column 9 - (Address Line Four (Country)
Column 10 - (Not in line with the Healthcare Professions Act, Cap. 464 as amended by the Budget Measure Implementation Act, Art. 142, 1st January 2015)
Column 11 - Specialisation (Dentist / Radiologist.....)

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert a PDF document to Word
- Pay special attention to tables, charts, and overall text formatting and layout during the conversion
- Identify and correct formatting errors and inconsistent data
- Ensure high accuracy throughout the project
