Circle Platform Community Manager for Lady BOSS Alliance

We are seeking an experienced and motivated community manager to lead and grow the Lady BOSS Alliance on Circle. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in online community management, deep familiarity with Circle's platform, and a proven track record of developing effective marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth. THE RETAINER IS PAID MONTHLY Objectives The primary goals for this project are as follows: - Full utilization of Circle’s features, including member spaces, events, courses, and content delivery, to enhance the user experience. - Attract new members who align with the values and mission of the Lady BOSS Alliance. Foster a strong, active, and supportive community that contributes to personal growth, professional success, and member collaboration. Key Responsibilities The community manager will be responsible for: 1. Community Engagement: - Actively engaging members through discussions, live events, and meaningful networking opportunities. - Building and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the goals of the Lady BOSS Alliance. 2. Content Creation: - Developing high-quality, engaging content such as posts and resources to maintain member interest. - Scheduling regular updates on upcoming events, member highlights, and community achievements. 3. Growth & Recruitment: - Designing and implementing campaigns to attract new members to the community. - Collaborating with the Lady BOSS Alliance leadership on new member onboarding strategies. 4. Analytics & Reporting: - Tracking and analyzing key metrics, such as member activity, content performance, and growth statistics. - Providing insightful reports with actionable recommendations to improve the community’s performance. 5. Platform Optimization: - Leveraging all tools and features offered by Circle (e.g., branded app functionalities, live streams, push notifications) to create a seamless and premium member experience. - Staying updated on Circle updates and incorporating new tools as part of the community strategy. 16. Establishing and nurturing partnerships with relevant organizations and influencers to enhance community value. 17. Managing and resolving conflicts within the community to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere. 18. Curating and managing a comprehensive resource library to support member education and development. 19. Organizing and overseeing virtual and in-person events to foster connection and networking among members. 20. Designing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new members are integrated smoothly. 21. Developing systems to recognize and reward active and contributing members, such as member of the month awards. Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in **online community management** with a focus on growth and engagement. - Familiarity and hands-on experience utilizing Circle or similar community platforms. - Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, particularly in building and retaining membership-based platforms. - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create compelling, on-brand content that resonates with members. - Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results. - The ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication and delivering high-quality results. Details - Project Timeline: Initial contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance. Expected start date is December 15, 2025. - Expected Outcomes: - Significant increase in member engagement and satisfaction. - Clear growth in active memberships and new sign-ups. - A fully operational and optimized Circle community platform with consistent, high-quality activity.
