Marketing Designs Needed

I need someone to design an AMAZING 8-page marketing book. Standard magazine size. This book will be used to lay out and explain the services provided by our company, and what sets us apart from our competitors. If your design meets my standards at the time of completion, and I feel that you are capable of designing the way I want, there are many more of these projects needed immediately after this one. I have yet to find a designer who creates truly UNIQUE DESIGNS. Everyone just makes the same things again and again.
