Position: Freelance Admin & Marketing Support Location: Remote Contract Type: Full Time About Us: We are a UK-based music PR agency, dedicated to supporting independent artists and labels. We help our clients build their brand, plan their releases and connect with audiences globally through tailored PR campaigns. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised freelancer to provide essential admin and marketing support. This role is perfect for someone who loves music, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and has a passion for supporting artist campaigns and marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Admin & CRM Support: Manage communications, track tasks (using Trello or similar tools), and prepare CRM updates and reports. Marketing Support: Assist with ad reporting, ad management, support internal marketing activities, and maintain campaign trackers. Artist/Band Liaison: Communicate with artists and bands, collect essential assets, and provide campaign updates. SOP Development: Help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks to increase efficiency. Task Management: Organise tasks and ensure smooth transitions on platforms as required (e.g., from Trello to [login to view URL]). Requirements: Proven experience in admin support and/or digital marketing (preferably in the music industry) Familiarity with task management tools like Trello or [login to view URL] Basic understanding of CRM platforms Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with fluent English Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively Bonus: A love for music and understanding of the industry How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief summary of your relevant experience. I have almost 4 years of experience in digital marketing for adult subscription platforms. Some of them started off like content creators and then became artists and used those platforms to boost their image. So when it comes to growing their brand, I do have experience. I haven't had the chance to use these platforms like Trello, but I am more than willing to learn. I do have organisational skills as one of my tasks before was to organise collaborations and meetups for new content in remote setting. Apart from this, I do have experience as a songwriter, lyricist and ghostwriter for individual people here and some companies (IP, NDA).
