Our NGO is expanding with a new charity department and we need a modern, creative variation of our existing logo. This new design should incorporate a 'giving hand' element, while keeping the color scheme and the 'symbol/icon' of our current logo unchanged.

Key Requirements:
- The new logo should be a modern interpretation of our current one, appealing to contemporary aesthetics
- It should creatively incorporate a 'giving hand' element
- It must keep our existing color scheme and 'symbol/icon'
- The 'font style' and 'layout' of our current logo should remain unchanged

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in logo design and brand identity development
- Strong understanding of modern design principles
- Able to creatively integrate specific elements into a design
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistency with our existing branding.

instead of keeping the orignial logo in the middle and a heart circle around it, i would like to see someone proposing a variation on the logo itself, transforming it into a heart-hand, keeping the same color and line pattern
