1. It happens constantly, not just once in a while.
2. You can’t stop – no matter how hard you try.
3. It’s affecting your daily life – always rushing to meet deadlines, and social plans fall apart.
4. You’re always busy but somehow not on the things that matter.
If this sounds familiar, it might be time to take procrastination seriously. More tips in the next reel!

Update: the most important part of the video is the first 3 seconds - it needs to hook people in! Make them want to know if they are a chronic procrastinator!
