Help Needed: Activating Windows XP

I'm in a bit of a predicament with my 20-year-old computer. It's been working just fine until now, but I'm getting a "Windows XP must be activated before you can log on" error. Unfortunately, I can't even log on to activate it. I can access Safe Mode, but that's not allowing me to activate Windows either.

Here's the situation:
- I tried resetting Windows for 30 days using oobebnk, but it requires an Administrator password that I don't have.
- The computer doesn't have USB boot functionality; it only has a floppy drive and a CD player. I do have a Windows XP CD with a new serial number.
- I can't repair the system because of the admin password issue.
- It's critical that I don't reinstall Windows as I have important programs on this machine.

Cant run Setupoobebnk or restore, rename files or edit regedit requires admin rights

I can access the BIOS settings and I will need help with commands that can be run in safe mode. Please let me know if you have any ideas or solutions.
