I need a new small profile avatar pic for my Upwork profile.

Attached with the orange circle is a design I am interested in, basically my face with different color backgrounds to choose from.

(The attached orange image is not me, that is an example. The other images are my face)

I also like the white outline of the head in the example image

But maybe you can come up with something better?

The image should be circular and a minimum of 250x250:
5 MB Max
deliverable in .jpg

This is for my Upwork profile (you can see the snapshot of the profile image attached also)
