Design and create newsletter template in HTML from example website

I need a newsletter template designed and coded in HTML. The newsletter has to pass through to spam filters. The coding needs to be clean and well structured. I need to be able to add in text and images very easily. The template is meant for informing current customers on news and special offers. The newsletter template has to be inspired by the design of the following website: [login to view URL] The template has to be built in a modular way, so that i can add and remove blocks of content. What i ask from you: - Before you will be selected, send me some images of your previous design work. You need to be experienced in designing newsletters and the HTML constraints it has. I dont want to see website designs. They have to be newsletter designs. - Please also make your quote: I only want a fixed price deal so tell me how much you charge to complete the project. Once you are selected: - Please design 2 or max 3 newsletters and send them to me. I will decided with the customer which one has to be built in HTML. - Once that is built, we will need one correction round to finish it. Btw: I you have to send me a bill of the project via the freelancer system. I will pay the bill in milestones. If you dont want to send the bill via the Freelancer system, i will not give you the project.
