Hi dear! I have gone through your specifications. Pcb is not easy to design with out circuit testing first. If you hire me i will design circuit test it, give a video proof to you and then design pcb. Designing pcb with out testing the circuit first will ruin your money. Approve the task, the pcb will be ready in time guarantee. fast and reliable. smd or thru hole design as per your requirement.

IoT Engineer for about 4 years, working with startups. If you have the schematic, I can turn it into Eagle file. I'll make the design as small as possible. Implement your Arduino ( if it is an Uno ) and motor shield on the PCB itself. Note :- The quote is assuming a design of less 200 components. Vias, buried and blind would be used as per complexity. This is hardly 2 days work, but it's an iterative process. It will consume time.
