FlyerPro Phase 1

Flyer Pro is a software project for the digital sign industry. It will be used to design content and schedules that will be played on a digital signage player.
General specifications:
- C++ language
- Visual Studio as IDE (QT Creator also acceptable)
- QT cross platform development tools to support Windows, IOS, Linux
- OpenGL used for video display, live video feeds, video transitions
Creation of an application to design the sign content and to simulate the playback to the screen.
Phase 1 will include these features:
- Configuration of sign size. Signs consist of a matrix of RGB pixels. The X and Y will be set by the user (minimum of 8 pixels). Once set, any new content creation will use these dimensions.
- Importing of graphic files (jpeg, png, bmp) to create a frame. Option to stretch to sign size, center, or top left import.
- Animation (multiple frames) file storage and retrieval (file format to be defined).
- Scrollable list box of frames with thumbnails.
- Frame list can be reordered with drag and drop. Frames can be deleted from the list.
- Fade transition (with speed control) between frames on playback.
- Scalable simulator window to play animation in real time to screen.
- Submit your own GUI design to include the functionality described above.
