Note: The logo design has been chosen and will be entry #1760. However we are looking for a freelancer to complete the other tasks based on this logo design (business cards, letterhead, brand guidelines document) since the designer couldn't deliver them properly.

Key deliverables include:
- Stationary designs, primarily focused on business cards & letterhead with no background. I will give source files to simply edit. The letterhead image is intended to be inserted in word as background/ watermark so size aoccrdingly.
- Comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials. Simply edit the attached guidelines to match the new logo an keep the rest the same. The document should be text editable so just edit the PDF attached to the project with the new logo.

I'm seeking a talented designer to craft a classic and timeless logo for my new real estate brokerage, Puranova Properties. The design should reflect our brand values of trust, integrity, innovation, and client success, while embodying our brand voice of being trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and approachable.

Original Key deliverables include:
- A new logo that aligns with our previous color palette and brand guidelines
- Stationary designs, primarily focused on business cards & letterhead
- Comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials

Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio of classic and timeless designs, with specific experience in the real estate sector being a plus. Understanding of our brand values and voice is crucial, as is proficiency in translating these into visual elements.

Note - designs that don't adhere to the colors in the branding guidelines document will be rejected even if the design itself is accepted.
