This project was part of an MS Management research study, conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research explored the significant impact of COVID-19 on consumer purchasing behavior, particularly the shift from traditional brick-and-mortar stores to online shopping. Mobile phones played a crucial role in facilitating purchases and supporting economic activities during this period. The study was published and is now available in the university archives for future.
