Abstract: This project focuses on the safety of the lineman while working so they do not feel the sudden electric shock. As
lineman has to deal with live wires very often, the chances of critical accidents are already very high. However, with the right
amount of coordination among lineman and substation, a lot of these accidents can be avoided. The project aimed at providing
the solution that ensures the safety of maintenance staff. Here, as soon as the lineman detect the fault in the electric line, an
SMS will be sent to the substation staff, who would switch off the line and turn it on when the fault is being resolved, thus
reducing the chances of accidents and saves the power as well. The proposed system is fully operated on a microcontroller.

This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had hiring a freelancer. He first of all agreed a date that the project would be completed. That date came and passed with no word. I then contacted him to find out what progress he had made and I was told that I must wait, so once again we agreed a date. That date came and passed with no word. I again contacted him and I was once again asked to wait. Due to the lack of communication and considerable delay I asked that he refunded my fee and closed the project. I was not granted the refund I desired and he explained it to me by saying "its a risky business everyone has to risk something". This man seemingly lacks the knowledge and customer service skills on even a very basic level. furthermore he finally accepted responsibility but still refused to refund the amount I had payed upfront. Buyer beware this freelancer operates on a very different set of rules to everyone else. P.S it is bad practice to to tell your customers to stop being "so hyper" about their money.
