Currently the core technical person in a software development company focused in the design and development of complex software applications using Microsoft .Net, Java/J2EE & IBM technologies, primarily Lotus Domino, WebSphere and DB2. Mac has engaged in projects using technologies such as Java, J2EE, Lotus Domino/Notes, MQ Series, and J2EE on IBM WebSphere / BEA WebLogic / IPlanet on various flavors of Unix including extensively on IBM AIX and Sun Solaris, to deliver solutions to a wide range of firms within the manufacturing, distribution, media/entertainment, insurance, telecommunication, and financial industries. He has also worked in Portal software such as the IBM Websphere Portal Server. He has assisted IBM Lotus Partner companies with determining a migration plan from Lotus Domino to the Lotus Workplace product set, including the usage of Lotus Workplace Web Content Management. Provided consultancy service to a leading IT company for a Weblogic Integration project involving interaction with a US based team. Consultancy included current system assessment, new system architecture proposal, design & system documentation, knowledge transfer to project team and training of key project members.
