El-Sheikh Zaied Building, it is a private, non-governmental building, it is residential building(See to below image). One of the more challenging projects, I analyzed and studied the seismic evaluation of the 5th floors concrete structure consists of flat slabs columns, & isolated spread foundation. The building consists of 5 floors; basement, ground, first, second , and third residential floors. It is located in El-Sheikh Zaied District, Giza government, Egypt. It was constructed at 2012. The total construction cost was 7 million Egyptian pounds. The building was previously designed according to Egyptian code for the design and execution of reinforced concrete structures: Code No. ECP 203-2007. During the study, the building was without any finishing and masonry partitions (concrete skeleton only). The client requested to evaluate the overall structural safety of the building and submit a suitable design of repair, retrofitting, and strengthening methods if required.

Residential Timber Structure Located in Albarracín, Spain( See to image below): Due to its sustainability, capacity to filter CO2, and flexibility in terms of architectural design, cross-laminated wood (CLT) was chosen as the building material. I made the structural design of this structure. The used software was Dlubal RFEM, which also included the RF-LAMINATE add-on module, which was used to take orthotropic stiffness and strength into account for structural analysis and design. When compared to a uniaxial structural system, cross-laminated timber is more stiff because it can sustain bidirectional loads. I checked the natural vibrations and carry out a modal response spectrum analysis according to the Spanish standard NCSE-02, using the RF-DYNAM Pro add-on module to RFEM.

Design & detailing of steel bridge located in Al-Hasa, Eastern Province , Saudi Arabia. The bridge has a total length of 1,525 ft. It consists of an arc construction with a span of 577 ft and trestle bridges on both sides with individual lengths of 98 and 147 ft, which are supported on roller bearings on truss pillars. There is a lane on top designed as open girder grillage; on the lane is a two-tier railroad track superstructure. Details What I Personally Performed in This Project: I designed all parts and components of the bridge based on US code (ANSI/AISC 303-22). Project Name & Job Title: Based on the request of Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Trade located in Zamalek province, Cairo, Egypt, to conduct a complete structural design for administrative steel building consists of four-stories. I analyzed and designed the 4th stories steel administrative building consist of steel columns, steel beams , composite beams, composite deck slabs & concrete spread footings. Due to the higher value of live loads in the typical stories(1 ton/m2), because they will use as administrative office rooms and archive document storage, and due to the higher height of the ground floor and typical ones, so, I decided to design this structure as a steel structure rather than concrete one. Because this will be more economical and faster to construct. I prepared 3D finite element model by Csi ETABS software and I analyze and design the structure according to AISC USA Manual of Steel Construction (AISC ASD 89).
