Quickbooks Chat Support Specialist - PLEASE READ FULLY TO BE CONSIDERED

We are a SAAS company in need of 2-4 team members who have 2+ years of experience with lQuickbooks experience. We provide online software to construction companies. They use our system to create estimates, invoices, etc. Our support team providers live chat and ticket support using Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho SalesIQ. Construction industry background is a plus. Understanding accounts payable, accounts receivable, chart of accounts etc is a great value-add for the role and key to understanding complex constructs of the QB software. Hours We want you to work 40 hours/week but if you are willing, you can work up to 60 hours. Mention it in your bid. Hours must start at 7AM EST, Monday-Friday and you will be in an 8 hour shift anywhere from 7:00AM to 7:00PM depending on the time when we need you the most.
