I use the Buckydrop plugin to import products from China with the dropshipping model. Currently, I must manually calculate prices including fixed costs (product price in China, national shipping cost, and Buckydrop fee). I want to automate this process and dynamically calculate shipping costs based on the customer's location. Objective: Importing products with fixed costs: Products must include three predefined costs: Product price in China Cost of national shipping within China Buckydrop service fee Dynamic calculation of international shipping: When a customer enters the store, the system should: Identify the user's location (preferably with the shipping address in WooCommerce). Consult the Buckydrop API to obtain the shipping cost based on the product's weight. Automatically calculate the final price by adding fixed costs + shipping cost. Display the correct price in the store based on the customer's country. Technical requirements: Integration with the Buckydrop API to obtain the shipping cost based on the customer's country and the product's weight. Modification or development of a plugin for WooCommerce that performs this automatic price update. Performance optimization: Use of cache to avoid constant API queries and improve loading speed. Query the API only when necessary (e.g. when a user selects their country). Compatibility with WooCommerce without affecting other site functionalities.
