need help with a project plan for an upgrade project on several environments I have several concurrent tasks, with a set of 4 to 6 resources assigned -- I have the duration for each task There will be 2 teams, working around the clock - in parallel I need a plan that shows the progress over time, and anticipated completion dates We may need to add more resources to get upgrades completed by a certain date TBD Bid if you can help.
