Puedo armar un servicio web sin problemas, y dependiendo el tiempo que ustedes tengan, y de lo que necesiten se podria armar en php o en python usando django como framework, pero me gustaria tener mas informacion al respecto. El precio puesto en la oferta es meramente tentativo teniendo en cuenta lo que pusieron respecto al contrato mensual fijo, pero se puede definir un monto por el desarrollo inicial 'grande' y luego otro monto para el seguimiento mensual, dependiendo la cantidad de horas requeridas.
