Dificultad existente:
Los artistas buscan colaborar entre sí constantemente pero tienen dificultades para hacerlo.
No existe ninguna aplicación que se especialice en generar conexiones entre artistas.
Solución:
Crear una red social para artistas (como si fuese un Linkedin pero en el nicho del arte)
Modelo de negocio:
Crear un servicio especializado, orientado a facilitar que todo tipo de artistas se conecten
Atraer al mayor número de usuarios a la aplicación
Conseguir buenas reseñas
Ganar con publicidades: para artistas que quieran aumentar su visibilidad + vínculo entre los artistas y vendedores de productos destinados a la creación artística.
Diseño de la aplicación
Primera sección (publicaciones e historias de los artistas a los que sigo): cada artista tiene un perfil en el que indica todo lo que sabe hacer pero también puede publicar obras que ya realizó para darse a conocer.
Segunda sección (búsqueda de artistas): el usuario puede filtrar las cualidades, ubicación, y precio del servicio que necesita para encontrar a un colaborador ideal. Por ejemplo, búsqueda de un productor de reggaeton por buenos aires capital que no cobre más de 40 dólares por producción
Tercera sección (demandas y ofertas de colaboración): los artistas pueden demandar u ofrecer servicios. Por ejemplo, un cantante que demanda un filmmaker para grabar un videoclip / un filmmaker que ofrece 100 dólares por una grabación y edición de videoclip.
Cuarta sección (tienda): donde se encuentran los productos que pueden comprar los usuarios: cualquier cosa que esté relacionada con la creación artística, como micrófonos, cámaras, etc… Nosotros no venderemos directamente los productos, promocionaremos los productos que otra gente quiera vender y cobraremos una comisión. La idea es contactar a tiendas o gente que tenga publicaciones en Mercado Libre, Marketplace, etc…
Quinta sección (perfil): en esta sección los artistas pueden indicar de donde son, todo lo que saben hacer, publicar trabajos que ya hicieron para dar referencias, vincular sus cuentas de otras plataformas, etc…
Segmento de clientes (gente que haga arte)
de 12 a 50 años (aproximadamente)
de todo el mundo
con cualquier tipo de ingreso (la app es gratis)
Competencia (Instagram, Tiktok y DeviantArt)
Los artistas se dan a conocer por Tiktok e Instagram. De esta manera se crea el intercambio entre artistas para crear colaboraciones. Nuestra app se centraría exclusivamente en eso y por eso tendría una ventaja competitiva
Por otro lado, DevianArt es un sitio web estadounidense que agrupa a una comunidad internacional de artistas en la red pero es solo visual (dibujos, diseños, pinturas, imágenes) y no está diseñada para generar colaboraciones. Nuestra aplicación, al abarcar con más amplitud la creación artística (no ser solo visual) tendría una ventaja competitiva.
