API Expedia

I'm looking to create a hotel API to match the look and feel or our website. www.usacityinformation.com. Each city header is call through a CGI script. I need the header to change as the visitor visits a particular city, and the hotel API to appear in the hotel section. Curretntly we are using a permanent header [login to view URL] I would like the API to appear where the hotels currently appear [login to view URL]
